Refund, Return and Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing quality products and reliable customer service. Please carefully review our policies below before making a purchase.

Damage Claims

  • Any damage claims must be reported within 12 hours of parcel delivery.

  • Claims must be supported with clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage along with the proof of purchase.

  • Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged. Please note that claims made after 12 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  1. No Change of Mind

    • Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after purchasing.

  2. Misrepresentation or Undelivered Commitment

    • If the product does not match the specifications or promises made at the time of purchase, a refund may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • The customer must submit complete and authentic evidence, including photos/videos and proof of purchase.

  3. Return Condition and Refund Processing

    • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with undamaged packaging.

    • Once the returned parcel is received, it will undergo a full quality check.

    • Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days after we receive and evaluate the returned product.

Refunds will be considered only for the following technical issues:

  1. Sensor not working

  2. Speaker not working

  3. Microphone not working

  4. Connectivity issues

  5. Pairing issues

Refund Terms:

  • Customers must provide proper video evidence, recorded using a second mobile device.

    • The faulty product must be shown connected to one phone.

    • The issue should be clearly visible and recorded using a second phone, showing both the product and the malfunction.

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Warranty Policy

We offer a standard 1-year limited warranty on all our products. The terms are as follows:

  1. Repair-Only Warranty

    • Our warranty covers repair only for any manufacturer faults or defects.

  2. No Coverage for Accidental Damage

    • Any product damage caused by accidents, misuse, or mishandling is not covered under warranty.

    • Repairs in such cases may be available but will incur a service charge.

  3. Battery & Chipset Damage Due to Improper Charging

    • Damages caused by the use of incompatible or heavy chargers (exceeding recommended power) will void the warranty.

    • Battery swelling, overheating, or chipset burnout due to such misuse is not claimable.

  4. Warranty Claim Requirements

    • All claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase, along with evidence of the fault (photos/videos).

    • The decision to accept or reject a warranty claim is subject to product inspection and our final assessment.
